| Achoimre: | This research focuses on the Recovery Plan for Overdue Accounts Receivable at CIMTELL S.A.S., an internet services company located in Ibarra, Ecuador. The research addresses the problem of overdue accounts receivable in the company, its causes and effects, and proposes a recovery plan based on strategies such as the implementation of a collections management system, training of the collections team, establishment of clear collections policies, proactive communication with customers, and offering flexible payment options. In addition, a field study was used, using qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the current situation of the company CIMTELL S.A.S. An analysis of the company's current situation, a market study, and an analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats were carried out. The research is based on the collection of data through surveys to the company's customers, which allows identifying the main difficulties and needs of customers in relation to payments. The main objective of the work is to design a plan for the collection of overdue accounts receivable and improve liquidity in the company CIMTELL S.A.S. The research presents a set of detailed strategies for the recovery of past - due receivables, including the implementation of a collections management system, training the collections team, establishing clear collections policies, proactively communicating with clients, and offering flexible payment options. In addition, it is proposed to use digital tools, offer additional services, and promote the company to increase the customer base and generate new revenue. |
