Streszczenie:n Ecuador, organ trafficking is considered an important problem that is characterized by various forms of illegal commercialization generating a negative impact on human dignity and integrity, for this reason the research aims to identify the forms of commercialization used in this crime in Ecuador, thus contributing to the development of more efficient and timely preventive strategies for its involvement, allowing to justify the present work on the need to address a problem that violates fundamental human rights and exposes victims to extreme risks. Therefore, this analysis was able to identify the different forms of commercialization together with the components of the criminal type to know the gaps and weaknesses in the legislation of Ecuador, contributing to the improvement of Criminal Law and Criminology in the country. This analysis was determined by means of interviews. This analysis was determined by conducting interviews where the forms of marketing used in organ trafficking in Ecuador were clearly explained to contribute to the development of more effective preventive strategies. Additionally, this research is of vital relevance to design strategies adapted to the reality of Ecuadorian families. In this way, the methodological design used in the research is of a qualitative approach, allowing the exploration of the essential characteristics and perspectives of this crime. The results obtained include recommendations to prevent illegal organ trade, strengthen regulation, improve access to legal transplants and increase public awareness about the risks of organ trafficking. Additionally, we sought to gain a detailed understanding of the magnitude of the illegal trade, its geographic reach, the types of organs involved, and the demographic groups affected.
