Aplicación web móvil para la gestión de servicios en la administración de los recursos tecnológicos del gadpr de diez de agosto del cantón Pastaza

The main problem of study is the lack of adequate infrastructure for the management of technological resources in the Autonomous Decentralized Rural Parish Government (GADPR) “Diez de Agosto”, which affects the management and efficiency of services and goods in the face of challenges such as the lack of a systematized optimization model, limited economic resources, lack of technological platforms and shortage of human talent in the technological area, resulting in inefficient management and exposure to cyber risks. The main objective is to develop a mobile web application that allows the management of services and technological resources of the GADPR “Diez de Agosto”, studying the theoretical basis of mobile web applications, IT service management, diagnosis of the state, requirements and design of the service management model in the control of incidents and administration of computer resources. The research modality adopted is exploratory and qualitative, using techniques such as interviews and direct observation to gather detailed information on the current problems and technological needs of the institution, allowing for an in - depth understanding of technological management practices and challenges. The proposal includes the creation of a mobile web application specifically designed to optimize resources and automate administrative processes involving a thorough analysis of the requirements from GADPR, followed by technical implementation to ensure a solution that improves operational efficiency and facilitates technology management. In conclusion, the implementation of the project will significantly contribute to improving the administrative management of the GADPR “Diez de Agosto”, facilitating the administration of technological resources, optimizing processes, and reducing the risks associated with the lack of adequate infrastructure that not only addresses current problems, but also establishes a path towards a more efficient and technologically advanced management for the institution
