The company LUCIO CAMACHO JENNY ROSALIA, with Taxpayer Identification Number: 1717898892001, is dedicated to the retail sale of coconut water and its derivatives. Throughout the analysis conducted, several deficiencies in the company's accounting and administrative management were identified, affecting its operations. A lack of proper recording of daily transactions was detected, making it difficult to control and monitor financial operations. Additionally, the company did not have an accounting plan linked to its economic activity, leading to inconsistencies in the records. Also, did not have an inventory valuation method, compromising record accuracy and affecting the calculation of the cost of goods sold. As a result of these errors, the financial statements were unreliable and did not accurately reflect the company's economic situation. Therefore, the company was unable to perform a financial analysis that would allow for informed strategic decisionmaking. The objective achieved through the execution of the accounting procedure as primarily to obtain financial statements, which provide insight into the company's actual financial situation. This entity generated a profit of $628.03, and based on the collected data,the corresponding conclusions and recommendations were developed and presented to the manager to support strategic decision-making that enhances the organization's financial growth.
