Summary: | The objective of this research was to determine the work climate in the General Coordination of Vehicle Administration Review (AMT) with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, cross-sectional and descriptive scope, information was collected with the survey technique to workers using the instrument multidimensional scale of organizational climate (EMCO), The items of the questionnaire respond to the Likert scale with a score from 1 to 5 and an evaluation to measure the reliability and validity of the instrument with the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, a result that reflected excellent reliability with a score of 0. Three factors were evaluated in the worker: individual, interpersonal and organisational; through eight dimensions job satisfaction, autonomy at work, social relations, union and support among colleagues, consideration of managers, benefits and rewards, motivation and effort and leadership of managers, information that was received online through google forms processed and tabulated using Microsoft Excel. The study population was 22 employees of the institution therefore no sample was calculated. The results were not favourable in all dimensions, however, the most critical area was the organisational system. Where employees did not perceive the consideration of managers and in turn the benefits, rewards, as well as motivation and effort without discarding the leadership of managers, so motivation projects were carried out to all areas in order to improve the work climate. |
