El cambio de políticas migratorias en Estados Unidos frente al derecho de los migrantes

his research aims to develop a legal analysis of the change in immigration policies in the United States, regarding the rights of migrants. Migratory flows are generated by the economic, political, and social situation of a country, in turn. It also covers the displacement of a person or a group of people either from their place of origin to another. The methodology that was used is the survey, the questionnaire of questions to the population of the Quevedo community. This research is constituted by the introduction in which it defines the following: the background, general objectives; specific, the problem that was solved with this work; Likewise, it is made up of three chapters. The first chapter linked to the theoretical foundation where the analysis and concepts on the proposed topic that was defined with the present research work are associated. The second chapter includes the methodological framework, the approach of the research proposal. The third chapter consists of the proposal, its methods that were implemented. Finally, it concluded with the conclusions and recommendations, bibliography and annexes.
