总结:Nursing care in people with disabilities is the set of specialized, empathic and holistic interventions provided by nurses to meet the physical, emotional, social and psychological needs of people with disabilities. The objective of the research was to interpret the determining factors in the quality of nursing care for people with disabilities. A study with a descriptive qualitative approach was carried out, a search was made in databases such as: Scielo, Dialnet, LILACS, PubMed, and Mediagraphic. 31 scientific articles were included using the PRISMA guidelines, with the following search string: “nursing care” AND “disability” AND “quality care”. The results show that the factors that determine the quality of nursing care are communication, working hours, availability of resources, comprehensive and multidisciplinary care. In conclusion, the quality of nursing care is affected by the lack of training in communication skills and effective management of various disabilities, work stress, lack of personalized infrastructure and the need for a more integrated and multidisciplinary approach are important challenges that do not allow nursing care to be adjusted to the specific needs of patients with disabilities.
