Označite | Izvleček: | The Electronic Notifications System is a notification mechanism for Property Registries, Property Registries with functions and powers of Mercantile Registries and Mercantile Registries, which must provide timely response to requests from public entities. The objective was framed in determining the importance of giving timely response to requests received in the Electronic Notification System, in the Property Registries of the Province of Los Ríos by public institutions. Regarding the methodology, the research is directed in a qualitative approach, it also has an experimental design with a documentary approach and an exploratory and explanatory scope. The research methods used are socio-legal, analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive, and the techniques used were documentary analysis and interviews. The Electronic Notification System is regulated for its regulation, control and effectiveness as a means of communication between public bodies, entities and institutions, facilitating the sending of notifications on judicial or administrative matters related to the visualization of real estate data, prohibitions and registrations of alienation, insolvency records, search of registry information (natural and legal persons), revocations and preventive annotations, aimed mainly at public institutions. Concluding that the relevance of giving timely response to requests received is immersed in the compliance with the deadlines and terms established, since these procedures must be handled as quickly and efficiently as possible to be effective, otherwise it does not guarantee the validity of those administrative and legal acts. |
