Plan estratégico para la optimización de la gestión administrativa en la empresa “SINCABLES.NET” de la ciudad del puyo, provincia de Pastaza

This comprehensive exam was conducted at the company SINCABLES.NET, located in the city of Puyo. The identified issue was the need to establish a strategic direction aligned with the company’s new requirements to promote its growth. This need occurred because the current administrative management has been seriously affected by the implementation of strategic actions that, instead of enhancing competitiveness, have led to a sustained loss of clients, thereby impacting on the company’s finances and sustainability. To develop this study, a research methodology with a qualitative–quantitative approach was applied, along with methods, techniques, and instruments that enabled a better and deeper understanding of the identified problem. This facilitated access to and interpretation of the collected information, based on which a proposal was structured under the company's needs and specific characteristics. The proposed solution presents a strategic plan, which includes the formulation of the organizational mission and vision, an analysis of both the internal and external environments, a SWOT analysis, the definition of strategies with their corresponding action plans, and indicators designed for effective monitoring of the achievement of the proposed objectives. In conclusion, it can be affirmed that the availability and implementation of the strategic plan will contribute to a much more effective decision-making process, thanks to reliable knowledge of the company’s reality and the optimization of available resources. This scenario will lead to more efficient execution of processes and activities, improving the organization's performance levels and strengthening its market positioning and competitive capacity.
