Samenvatting:The main objective of this work was to design a business model to determine the commercial, technical, administrative and financial feasibility of a company dedicated to the production of handmade chili peppers that meets the expectations of an innovative product, for which a non-experimental, cross-sectional and descriptive methodology was developed with a quantitative-quantitative approach that determined the study population as people between 18 and 75 years of age in the Pedro Moncayo canton, amounting to 33,172. 172; a statistical sample of 381 elements was calculated; for data collection, the survey technique was applied through the standardized questionnaire instrument with multiple-choice answers. After the research, it was deduced that there is a potential annual market of $975,256.8, aiming at a 3% market share; an annual target market of 15,604 units is estimated; however, the financial study has allowed to establish an IRR of 4.185%.
