At the national level, a system or an induction plan for new personnel in companies is not applied, which hinders job stability and the retention of human talent. Therefore, an induction plan for personnel at the company "Café Arte" in the city of Otavalo, province of Imbabura, is the best option as a basis for the adaptation of new employees in aspects such as workplace culture, knowledge of regulatory aspects, and a better understanding of the service. With the design of an organizational induction plan for the staff of the company "Café Arte" in the city of Otavalo, province of Imbabura, the theoretical variables of the research on this plan, which can be applied in local companies in the city of Otavalo, are established. The current situation of how an induction plan can help the staff of companies dedicated to providing food and beverage services is diagnosed, and the application of the same is proposed to the company's manager. In the present research, methods, techniques, and research instruments were used, through which it became clear the current need for companies to implement an induction plan that improves the productivity of new employees, who tend to be more productive from the start, thereby optimizing the investment made in their hiring and training. Positive results were obtained. Positive results were obtained by implementing the company's staff induction plan, as it ensures an adequate adaptation of new employees to the organizational culture, which attracts and retains human talent, thus becoming essential for the growth and sustainability of organizations today.
