Dodaj oznaku | Sažetak: | Introduction: Laparoscopic nephrectomy is a minimally invasive surgical technique used for kidney removal, offering advantages such as faster recovery and a reduced risk of complications. Intraoperative nursing interventions play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety, preventing adverse events, and optimizing surgical outcomes. Objective: To describe intraoperative nursing interventions for patients undergoing laparoscopic nephrectomy through a systematic review. Methodology: This study was conducted through a comprehensive review of scientific databases such as SciELO, Elsevier, Medline, and Medigraphic, as well as various university repositories. Data collection was based on specific inclusion criteria, selecting articles published within the past four years. The PRISMA methodology was applied, resulting in the inclusion of 20 articles that met the established criteria. Results: The review analyzed 20 articles, updating the conceptual framework of laparoscopic nephrectomy, including its benefits, applications, complications, and timely intraoperative nursing interventions to ensure the effective and efficient execution of this surgical technique. Conclusion: Intraoperative nursing interventions are essential for ensuring patient safety and quality of care during nephrectomy. These interventions involve implementing preventive measures, specific protocols, and care strategies focused on empathy and comprehensive patient management. |
