Zusammenfassung:Commercial enterprises generate economy in the country, through the provisión of services or sale of products is now more than ever when innovation is presented as a key and critical to the survival and long-term development of the companies, reason for which currently the financial management has assumed an important role in the development and growth of companies in the market, thus meet corporate goals considering customers and suppliers in the process as an important part of the company, achieving meet the needs and expectations of stakeholders, so that under these circumstances the Accounting Model Financial Management plays an important role as an innovative tool support for business growth. The methodology used in this research is conducted under the qualitative and quantitative method, with the application of different theoretical and practical methods techniques and tools; which enable the analysis and interpretation of the current economic and financial situation of the Commercial Guapo's, in order to identify opportunities, strengths, weaknesses and threats thereof. the research on Financial Management and Social Responsibility. Back the elements of the proposal are set, based on the balanced scorecard and strategic objectives, initiatives and management indicators is proposed, according to the strategies established in the different perspectives: financial, internal process, customer and learning, for successful decision making and thus improving the profitability of the business
