The high demand for the company’s services has created the need to implement a web application to manage service orders and issue electronic invoices in compliance with Ecuadorian regulations, aiming to improve its processes and operational efficiency. This initiative is intended to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce operation times, and increase the accuracy of processes. The main features of the web application include service order management, electronic invoicing, a client portal, and an administration panel. The management of orders will facilitate the registration, tracking, and updating of services, while electronic invoicing will ensure compliance with the SRI. The administrative panel will provide configuration and control tools, and the client portal will facilitate transparency and effective communication. The project offers many potential advantages. Process automation increases operational efficiency while reducing manual effort and errors. Easy and direct access to service and invoice information will significantly improve customer service. Additionally, the company will gain analytical and reporting tools to make informed decisions, and proper electronic invoicing will ensure regulatory compliance. The implementation plan includes applying the waterfall methodology with its phases: requirements analysis, application design, development, implementation, verification, and maintenance. A successful deployment, with well-trained personnel using the new platform, will ensure a structured approach with orderly and efficient development.
