إضافة وسم | الملخص: | he purpose of this paper is to analyze the effectiveness of mediation as an alternative method in the resolution of labor disputes in Ecuador, where similar studies will be investigated at public and private level, data will be collected to help discern the current situation of knowledge of this alternative means of conflict resolution and whether it is correctly applying the necessary means and tools that can be derived from these processes, where two parties and a neutral third party intervene to resolve a conflict, who will be the mediator and who will be in charge, according to his experience and knowledge, of helping to find the best solution to the problems raised. At the same time, the academy will support through previous studies, articles of the constitution, labor codes, arbitration and mediation law and ministerial agreements the fundamental bases to expose and analyze mediation as a valid alternative for the resolution of conflicts in Ecuador. |
