Descripció
Sumari:Cholecystectomy is one of the most common surgical interventions worldwide and its success does not depend only on the surgical act, but also on the care provided in the immediate postoperative period. The aim of this research was to standardize nursing interventions in the immediate postoperative period after cholecystectomy by means of a systematic review of the scientific evidence. A qualitative, non-experimental and exploratory approach was applied, using the analytical-synthetic and inductive-deductive methods. The literature search was performed according to PRISMA methodology, in 6 databases of PubMed, SciELO, Dialnet, Redalyc, Elsevier and Latindex, selecting 18 studies published between 2019 and 2024. The results identified key interventions such as: continuous monitoring of vital signs, effective pain management, early mobilization, surveillance of the patient's emotional state, prevention of respiratory and surgical wound problems. From these findings, a care plan and a daily checklist based on nursing taxonomies were designed. It is concluded that the creation of evidence-based institutional protocols would strengthen the quality and homogeneity of care, promoting safer, more efficient and patient-centered care.
