Tóm tắt:Introduction: The care is intended to ensure that the patient is a beneficiary with a quality way and for which it is important that from the earliest stages a good control is carried out. Patients treated with haemodialysis often present alterations of haemostasis that favour the appearance of thrombosis, which contributes to the presence of ischemic complications in vital organs and can, in turn, favour thrombosis of vascular access. Nursing care is given from the process of creating vascular accesses for haemodialysis to the maintenance of this, complications constitute a challenge for decision-making, individualized care generates an optimal quality of care, which helps better adherence to the patient's treatment. Objective: Describe nursing care in haemodialysis patients through a systematic review. Methodology: Qualitative literature review with a descriptive approach that uses the PRISMA methodology for the selection of the material through non-probabilistic inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: With a total of 25 scientific articles selected, through the PRISMA methodology, which were divided into two grouping criteria. Giving 10 articles for vascular accesses for haemodialysis and 15 for nursing care. Conclusion: Care that must be performed by the nursing professional in each haemodialysis session, precautionary measures, control of vital signs, correct management of accesses, skin asepsis, skin care, individualized care.
