Miêu tả
Tóm tắt:Over time, dentistry has developed several techniques to prevent tooth sensitivity and bacterial proliferation by means of immediate dentin sealing, which protects the dentin by preventing it from being contaminated by bacteria and provides postoperative relief. The present study made reference to oral rehabilitation, from a comparison between two techniques that allow an adequate restoration to avoid bacterial proliferation and sensitivity when sealing is performed. Objective: To determine the efficacy of Resing coating and immediate dentin sealing as valid dentin protection techniques by means of a systematic review to avoid postoperative sensitivity. Materials and methods: A thorough search and analysis of scientific articles was carried out and information was compiled from scientific search engines from specialized sites and journals with a publication time of at least five years, the most recurrent being Scielo, PubMed, ScienceDirect, among others. Results: The search was carried out where once 20 articles were collected and by following the selection process and PRISMA parameters, 11 most relevant articles were chosen, however, the coinciding frame of reference determined that in the vast majority of articles the best substrate for restoration and bonding is freshly cut dentin, that is, at the instant of preparation. Conclusions: Immediate sealing is the best option for adequate dentin bonding without tension, in addition to minimizing bond failure, which, in addition, ensures a longer duration in the restoration, avoiding postoperative complications.
