Sistema informático con tecnología biométrica para el mejoramiento del proceso del sufragio en la ciudad de Tulcán

The design, creation and implementation of systems based on biometric technology, offers a reliable and very secure option to provide security for the execution of all types of processes, which require identification by the user, since when using their own information as an identifier of the impossible person to be duplicated, such as the fingerprint or the iris, this offers a high level of security as well as ease of use; automation in the first instance is a concept that has increasingly been taking root in society in today's society, although initially it included complicated management processes, control systems that made it a somewhat complicated and somewhat expensive option to apply; Currently, the supply of automation increases every day, with simpler and more efficient systems to design and implement, in addition to presenting very good results. The present work intends to create a computer system with biometric technology for the improvement of the suffrage process in the city of Tulcán, which will provide security, reliability, cost reduction in the long term, as well as simplify the voting process. From the technical side, the main objective is to provide a good functioning of the system to ensure ease in the process for all voters, as well as security in the information presented.
