Informe jurídico sobre la vulneración de derechos que existe con el procedimiento directo; por cuanto el plazo de diez días que se da para el anuncio de pruebas es tiempo insuficiente ocasionando inconstitucionalidad de la ley, ya que atenta contra el derecho a la defensa, principio de seguridad procesal, eficiencia y eficacia.
