Efectos jurídicos de la responsabilidad en la recaudación y pago del aporte hacia el estado en los servicios notariales por parte del notario

Within the general aspects of the legal regulations in force it is established which are the responsibilities of the notary public for the lack of payment within the corresponding term, it is within this order of ideas that to reach a deeper analysis in which it was established the noncompliance of certain formalities such as the collection and/or payment of notarial services carries fair sanctions or in its absence, extremely irrational sanctions compared to the omission of the obligation. Since the general objective of this research is to develop a critical legal analysis of the sanctions imposed on notaries for late or non-compliance with the collection and payment of notarial services, due to the many complaints from notaries regarding the high financial penalties they receive when submitting a report late, This is due to the fact that notaries work with a line of credit with most of their clients and many times this puts the server in trouble to comply with the payment of the collection, and it is due to the fear of a penalty that many times they have to cover this contribution to the state from their own income.
