Engadir etiqueta | Summary: | The matrimonial property contracts in the legal field in Ecuador, constitute a tool for the spouses or for those who decide to get married, establishing a regime on the goods and the patrimony that will be constituted where the couples must know the benefit of applying the matrimonial property contracts. This article reviews the legal and patrimonial effects produced by the marriage contracts in Ecuador, using a descriptive methodology and establishing the definition of the marriage contracts, as well as their main characteristics, causes and effects. For this, an analysis and review of academic articles and manuals of Civil Law is carried out, in addition to the support of the current legislation and the analysis of data with qualitative methods such as the analysis of comparative law doctrinal documents, were used for the conceptual processing and the whole of the article, mainly analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction and system approach. |
