إضافة وسم | الملخص: | This research addresses a critical-legal analysis regarding the effectiveness of protection measures in cases of domestic violence, specifically in the canton Ibarra. This type of research examines how legal measures are implemented and their effectiveness for protecting the victims of violence within the family environment. The objective is to carry out a critical-legal analysis to evaluate whether the protection measures, such as restraining orders, contact restrictions among other legal dispositions, are complying with their purpose of guaranteeing the safety and well-being of the victims. The methodology of this research was qualitative and focused on evaluating the efficacy of protective measures in cases of domestic violence, especially using measures. The use of a longitudinal non-experimental design allowed the researcher to gather the information during the estimated period. By using the historic-logic method the current legal regulations and mechanisms available were comprehensively analyzed to deal with domestic violence problems. |
