The business modal for the implementation of an accounting tax advice ofíica ls an entrepreneurship that contributes to the creation of employment and seeks lo satisfy a demand from the contributors from the city of Huaca lo betler ihe processes of the economic activities, generating cost diminution, time thai allows then to obtain greater economic benefits and improve their quality of life, The business model was carried out with the aim of determining the implementallon of the accounting tax advice office, knowing its clients* demands, lheir requirements and the requirements of the market, designing the technical and administratime viability, determining the economic- financial feasibility; as well as le socio- economic impact caused by the functioning of the office. li consists of six chaptera, The theoretical foundation was taken from bibllographic sources, The ñeld research was followed. The research methods, techniques and instruments ware applied to study the market and, in this way be able to determine the offer and demand. In the technical study it was established the most optimal size of the enterprise and, finally, the economic-financial study was done in order to know the feasibility of the project by means of the VAN and the TIR, which demonsirates ine aforementioned feasibility.
