Only the qualitative method was used to collect research data. The sample was made up of key informants who have extensive knowledge of civil testamentary matters. Data collection was carried out using the unstructured interview technique (empirical level method) and the interview guide was used as an instrument. Regarding the analysis and content of the research, it was based on the documentary information technique, for which the content sheet instrument was used to discern relevant information on the subject. The diagnosis showed that legal errors are not grounds for nullity in wills, since nullity only applies when there is a factual error in the legal formalities of the open solemn will. Therefore, it was concluded that there is only the reform of the will. |
