Тойм:Introduction: Community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) in children under 5 years old is a severe respiratory infection affecting this age group with health consequences that can range from mild to severe. The objective of this research is to design a nursing care guide targeted at children under 5 years old with CAP. The methodology was based on a qualitative approach, collecting findings to determine nursing care elements for children under 5 with Community-acquired pneumonia. A systematic literature analysis was performed using the PRISMA methodology (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta- Analyses), documenting a total of 150 articles, with 15 articles selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Among the main findings was the importance of education and continuous support by nursing staff. The results related to the promotion and prevention of CAP require a comprehensive approach addressing multiple aspects. Conclusion: The design of the Nursing Care Guide for children under 5 years old with CAP, based on the systematic review, allows for standardization and improvement of the care provided by health personnel, including a structure that covers from the initial clinical evaluation to specific interventions.
