إضافة وسم | الملخص: | The present research study was aimed to make a legal analysis docun regulated the pregnant women's rights on the alimony they receive i unsure the constitutional principles of Effective Judicial Guardianship Security. Thus, this investigation was divided into three parts, the first the theoretical foundation in which some topics were analyzed su background of the food law in our country, the right to help pregnant w finally the sector where the project was applied, in order to be consid family burden. A qualitative quantitative modality was used that allowec data on the variables investigated. In addition, a chapter describing the presented in which the document of legal critical analysis was ma permitted to establish the importance that alimony for pregnant women s considered as a family burden in such a way that incidents of reduction can be raised.
