Tratamiento para rejuvenecimiento facial mediante la aplicación de plasma rico en plaquetas con técnica de microneedling en paciente femenino de 65 años

This case study focuses on identifying the effectiveness of facial rejuvenation through the application of platelet-rich plasma with microneedling technique. The objective of the study was to verify the benefits of platelet-rich plasma. The methodology used was divided into different stages such as: patient selection, initial evaluation, development of the treatment sessions, evaluation of each session, analysis of the results, conclusions, recommendations and presentation of the project. Platelet-rich plasma applied with Dermapen is an autologous component most frequently used for facial treatments, it helps stimulate collagen and elastin, restores skin vitality, provides hydration, unifies tone, attenuates wrinkles and expression lines. The study analyzes the effectiveness of platelet-rich plasma in the facial area with micropuncture. Eight sessions were performed every 15 days where skin vitality, wrinkle attenuation, lip hydration, tone unification, attenuation of solar lentigines, decrease of flaccidity, attenuation of nasolabial folds and nasolabial folds, restored skin properties and stimulated the production of collagen and elastin, although the different signs were not completely eliminated, but there was a decrease of these. In conclusion, platelet-rich plasma is considered as an effective component produced by our body that helps the cellular growth of the patient. In the treatment, the indications and recommendations were followed, therefore no complications or reactions occurred.
