In conclusion, the technological modernization of the notarial and registry system is currently an inevitable and necessary reality to ensure efficiency, reliability, and operational continuity in the management of legal acts. This allows the consolidation of a more efficient, reliable system aligned with the needs of a digitized society in Ecuador. |

El objetivo general es integrar principios tecnológicos que respondan a las demandas de la nueva era digital, mejorando la eficiencia, confiabilidad y seguridad jurídica. La metodología aplicada en este artículo científico es el estudio de enfoque cualitativo y dogmÆtico-jurídico, que se basa en el anÆlisis de normas, jurisprudencia y experiencias internacionales, con el fin de identificar los avances logrados y los retos aœn pendientes. El resultado es la digitalización de documentos, la implementación de firmas electrónicas y el uso de plataformas en línea para facilitar la realización de los actos jurídicos con mayor rapidez y transparencia.
