Miêu tả
Tóm tắt:This article aims to propose measures necessary to ensure greater protection of the sensitive data of students and former students of Uniandes, addressing the growing concerns about privacy and information security in the academic environment. Using a qualitative-quantitative methodology, which combines the collection and analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data, the main threats and vulnerabilities to which these data are exposed, such as unauthorised access, cyber-attacks and breaches in information security systems, are identified and assessed. Qualitative data is obtained through interviews with security experts and system administrators, while quantitative data is collected through surveys of students and former students and interviews with data collection specialists to assess their perception and experience in protecting their personal data. Based on these analyses, concrete measures, the adoption of stricter access controls, and the development of information security awareness and training programmes for all members of the university community are proposed. These measures are aimed at improving the integrity, confidentiality and availability of data, thus reducing the risks of privacy violations and strengthening confidence in Uniandes' ability to securely manage the sensitive information of its community.
