The Human Talent Department of INSUTEC Educational Unit plays a fundamental role in the management and development of human capital, which directly impacts educational quality and organizational development. Its work encompasses hiring, training, and document management of personnel, fostering a positive work environment that promotes talent retention and staff motivation. However, it faces challenges in document management, which is carried out both physically and digitally, leading to confusion and redundancies. This article proposes to improve the document management system by incorporating innovative technologies, aiming to increase efficiency and productivity in the department's internal processes. As a result, internal communication has been strengthened by facilitating both in-person and virtual meetings, promoting a collaborative environment. Additionally, the standardization of processes has increased transparency in information management, generating greater trust within the educational community. These improvements have not only contributed to the satisfaction and retention of human talent but have also ensured compliance with ISO standards, reducing legal risks and enhancing the institution's reputation. In summary, the modernization of document management in the Human Talent Department translates into significant benefits for the educational quality and work environment of INSUTEC Educational Unit.
