Voeg label toe | Samenvatting: | Children and adolescents are considered a priority group, and the State has the obligation to guarantee the effective protection of their rights against all types of harm or threats, in this case the emotional impact on students vulnerable to cases of sexual harassment. The objective was to develop a training plan based on Ecuadorian legal regulations on sexual harassment, aimed at students, teachers, administrative staff and parents of an educational institution in the city of Ibarra, to help socialize and prevent this problem. Theoretical and empirical research methods were applied to collect and analyze information on the current state of the object of study. The results obtained from the survey and the interview evidenced the criteria of the educational community on the existence of cases of sexual harassment, therefore a training plan on the prevention of this crime within the institution is proposed to raise awareness to the educational community about the legal consequences and effects that occur on the person who has been violated. It was concluded from the legal analysis carried out that the actions that have been undertaken by the Ministry of Education to eradicate sexual violence have not been sufficient and the complaints remain unpunished because there is no comprehensive and timely reparation for the victim, which revealed the need to take preventive actions. |
