| Zusammenfassung: | This Project is carried out for the "Kindi Wasi" Veterinary Clinic in Puyo City, which is located on the Alberto Zambrano Avenue; the aim is to develop a computing system by using web tools such as Bootstrap, MySQL and MVC Architecture that allow the control of the processes which are carried out in the veterinary clinic based on a previous study. To research the problem, the observation methodology was used which led to obtain a clearer idea of the situation of the veterinary clinic and determine that the information that is managed does not have an appropriate control; with this analysis, it is intended to use the technological tools that allow the control of the information flow that is administered in the veterinary clinic to regulate the most relevant processes that will be useful to make decisions to create an information system that allows the staff of the veterinary clinic to access the information of the pets. To develop the project, the UWE methodology was used which allows collecting requirements according to the needs of the users and implementing new processes or modules. The results obtained in this project are the automatization of the processes, availability and security of information which led the veterinary clinic to optimize response times and improve the services that are offered to their patients resulting fi a better control of information avoiding, in this way, loss of important data as well as the clinical history or duplication of medical appointments. |
