The first section provides an overview of the process management of the "Touris San Francisco Oriental" cooperative, detailing the background, problem formulation and statement, as well as its scope. The relevance and background of the study are presented in this first section. The importance of the project is emphasized and the existing problems in the management assets and the attendance control in the cooperative are highlighted. The fundamental problem of the research is presented, and the objectives and justification of the study are defined in the first chapter. The theoretical framework is also developed in this part, which contains all the elements of the web application for the cooperative's attendance control. In this framework, relevant literature and previous studies on the topic are integrated to understand the concepts and theories necessary to support the advancement of the proposed system. The second chapter contains the techniques and methodology of the analysis for the qualified proposal that was carried out through surveys and interviews. This method facilitates direct contact with the interested parties for obtaining reliable, accurate, and relevant data. In the third chapter, the development of the proposal scheme is presented, which includes the design and evaluation of the system based on foundational research. Completing the study with a practical sense of the results, appendices, general conclusions, recommendations, and bibliography are included, which contribute to a better understanding and application of the proposed system. |
