Opis
Izvleček:The investigation was carried out at Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Credi Ya Ltda. Sucursal Ambato. Organizational climate refers to the perceptions shared by the members of an organization about their work environment. These perceptions may include aspects such as organizational structure, policies, management practices, and organizational culture. Organizational climate is a multidimensional construct that encompasses several factors that influence employee satisfaction and behavior. The main objective of this study was to analyze the relationship between organizational climate and employee and administrative job performance. A quantitative approach was employed through the application of a questionnaire, this allowed the collection of data through a Google Forms form to the 40 employees of the branch without the need for a sample. The results obtained revealed a solid understanding on the part of the administrative collaborators of the organizational structure of the institution, as well as an evident commitment to their work responsibilities and challenges. In conclusion, Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Credi Ya Ltda. has committed employees with high performance standards, but there are aspects that could be improved to increase job satisfaction, commitment and the overall effectiveness of the institution. Addressing these areas for improvement could contribute significantly to strengthening the organizational climate and enhance job performance in a comprehensive manner.
