Ավելացրեք ցուցիչ | Ամփոփում: | The telematic means at present have allowed a great optical and effective development in search of information at a global level, to such an extent that they are used for the application of justice in judicial processes and in notarial headquarters, but, we must ask the following question, at present there is a mechanism or web extension, which allows the competent authority, to delimit if there is any vice or nullity that affects the deed, as a precaution of legal certainty, the principles that govern the application of justice, how to guarantee the contractual security, if we are outside a judicial complex or a notarial seat immersed in a screen, the notary to be vested with public faith, makes it a person capable of solving problems, eliminate defects of consent and identify the invalidity of a deed, by the powers and duties that is found in the Constitution of the Republic and the Notarial Act, within these regulatory bodies there are principles that safeguard the legal security of the fundamental rights of citizens, the notary is obliged to be a party, interact and know the process that the parties are subject to voluntarily and the obligation to comply with what has been agreed within the contract through the principle of immediacy and contractual security. This research seeks to analyze the impact of telematic means in the notarial venue and how it affects contractual security and the principle of immediacy. |
