Automation and control is a term that is affecting society; at first it associated complicated systems of control and of management of devices, and even it was confused with the concept of intelligent buildings; Currently, the supply of automation increases, every day becomes more and more important and is applied every time to other fields such as electric power, security services and communication through applied automation. Hence the importance of the present work of degree with which it is intended to create a domotic control to improve security in the commercial Carchi of the city of Tulcán, providing energy management, security, welfare and communication services, which can be integrated by means of of indoor and outdoor communication networks, wired or wireless, providing them with efficient control and easy operation with the extension and incorporation of new functions; on the other hand, reaching a sufficient degree of standardization and implementation, which allows a considerable reduction of its costs; From the technical point of view, the main objective apart from a good operation of the installation is to ensure a sufficient transmission speed.
