The structure of the integration project starts with the collection of theoretical, scientific information and updated regulations that support the variables of the research through bibliographic sources such as books, scientific articles, national and institutional regulations magazines, among others. Additionally, it addresses the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the situation of document and archive management in the GADDMQ, in relation to these factors: administrative, regulatory, procedural, services and application of technologies, information which allowed to propose the Management Model for improving the whole administration of documents and archives which consider viable and necessary alternatives to solve the identified problem which involves the following components: strategic, archives administration, document management processes, technological, and cultural. |

Additionally, it addresses the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the situation of document and archive management in the GADDMQ, in relation to these factors: administrative, regulatory, procedural, services and application of technologies, information which allowed to propose the Management Model for improving the whole administration of documents and archives which consider viable and necessary alternatives to solve the identified problem which involves the following components: strategic, archives administration, document management processes, technological, and cultural.El presente proyecto de integración recopila, diagnostica, analiza y define el Modelo de gestión para el mejoramiento de la administración integral de documentos y archivos, aplicable para el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Distrito Metropolitano de Quito ( de aquí en adelante GADDMQ) 2024, en el marco del e-gobierno, transparencia y acceso a la información pública, desglosando y articulando sus principales componentes, procesos y recursos técnicos y tecnológicos para el ejercicio de la gestión documental y archivística institucional, lo que conlleva a una serie de me joras a partir de la aplicación del modelo en las dependencias municipales, fortaleciendo la normalización, estandarización y articulación de los archivos que son parte del Sistema Metropolitano de Gestión Documental y Archivos del GADDMQ. La estructura del proyecto integrador inicia con la recopilación de información teórica, científica y normativa actualizada suficiente, que sustenta las variables de la investigación, mediante fuentes bibliográficas como libros, artículos científicos, revistas normativa nacional y normativa institucional, entre otros. Además, aborda el análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo de la situación de la gestión documental y archivística en el GADDMQ, en relación a los factores: administrativo, normativo, procedimental, servicios y aplicación de tecnologías, información, lo cual permitió levantar la propuesta de Modelo de gestión para el mejoramiento de la administración integral de documentos y archivos, que considera las alternativas viables y necesarias para dar solución al problema identificado, que incluye los componentes: estratégico, administración de archivos, procesos de gestión documental, tecnológico, y cultural.
