Ամփոփում:The development of this research, around the topic raised, that is: Diagnosis of compliance with learning guarantees for people with physical disabilities in driving schools, in this work it was possible to show that there is a deficit regarding the compliance process of the learning guarantees in driving schools and subsequent obtaining of the Type F license, this being a qualifying title for people belonging to this priority attention group, where legal regulations limit the full exercise of access to the guarantees of learning to drive for people with disabilities, since there is no regulation regarding the training and services provided by driving schools, given that there are no adapted vehicles or trained personnel for the preparation of this priority group. For this reason, this research is developed from the analysis of the law, opting for the quantitative paradigm, which enables the use of the method, techniques and instruments such as the analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive and socio-legal method in an appropriate manner, through the application of a survey as a technique, the approach of a field design, where the population and sample of the research are highlighted, to establish whether the right to driving learning is violated in a situation of non-discrimination and equality towards people with physical disabilities, with the aim to propose the verification of the learning guarantees that driving schools provide to people with physical disabilities, in order to embody the right to obtain quality learning and the obtaining of the F-type license without discrimination.
