The present study was overall objective FAILURE CODE OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS IN DETERMINING WHO ARE THE OWNERS OF FOOD LAW To fulfill this goal I set the following objectives: Determine what the root causes of adult food suspension are under twenty years. Analyze the consequences caused by the lack of financial support to older having rights of twenty who are conducting long university courses. Establish the effects that occur in adult learners when no financial aid or parents and obligors in general. Ask a proposed amendment to Article 4 unnumbered (129) of the Code of Childhood and Adolescence second paragraph. During the investigation Scientific and their analytical methods, synthetic consequential applied, which allowed me to conduct a comprehensive study of the issue and could not miss that goes hand in hand, the deductive and inductive methods, the same that allowed me to analyze the problem from the general to the particular qualities and facts relating to the same, so come to the knowledge of the events from source of supply of food by parents or legal representatives and its steady progress through the story until development today. Ultimately the Scientific method is used to gain knowledge of the rules, laws and doctrines of several lawyers that are detailed in the investigation. Analytical Method This method is used to determine the causes so the need to provide food originates children and adolescents up to the culmination of their careers study, is this method is used to separate parts of a whole separately. Synthetic Method this method is used in the preparation of short, once separated the main ideas with the analytical method to provide new criteria for the contribution of this research. Deductive Method This method I used in developing the theoretical framework, which tends to explain the research within the rights that children and adolescents are protected in our country, starting from the general to reach the particular, when the provision of food by the parents or legal representatives food holders. Inductive Method This method was used in the preparation of the survey and verification raised above target for the results of field research. To obtain results I left with obtaining surveys of lawyers freely exercised professional, within the province of Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, knowledge of the legal guidelines and other knowledge of the law and codes are determined, starting from the Convention on the rights of the Child, later in our Constitution of the Republic that protects the rights of children and adolescents in relation to the provision of food
