Análisis jurídico y doctrinario con respecto a la inhabilidad del deudor de alimentos para ser candidato/a a cualquier dignidad de elección popular; considerada en el código de la democracia, impedimento encontrado en vigencia

An analysis of "Legal and doctrinal issues regarding the ineligibility of an alimony debtor to be a candidate for any dignity of public office, as outlined in the Code of Democracy, an impediment found in force, due to the typification by the Code of Democracy and the Code of Childhood and Adolescence of a social problem known as non-payment of alimony. Whose practice is closely related to the non-fulfillment of the obligation, determined by law to certain economically capable persons, for the benefit of certain needy persons and unable to procure those means of life by themselves. In light of the present legal research, it has been concluded that this inability is an appropriate measure to demand that this obligation be fulfilled, thus resulting in this type of problem, which adversely affects a broad group of people, including children and adolescents, but to a greater degree. Several materials and methods were applied in the following work of Curricular Integration in addition to interviews and surveys conducted with legal professionals, whose results served as a basis for proposing a project of an electronic alliance, binding, emerging within the judicial and electoral systems., to unify them and thus make more effective the control and guarantee of this inability.
