The adoption process in our country, have always been long and cumbersome, but since July 2003, when it enters into force the new Code for Children and Adolescents, more requirements for adopters are set, so that the process again prolonged, complex and bureaucratic, which makes this type of legal issues in one of the most difficult, with evidence that protect the interests of minors.
