| Итог: | The following thesis project called "Strategic Planning 2017-2022 for the Cooperative of Savings and Credit" April 27 "of the city of Loja" was oriented as a contribution to the financial institution, demonstrating the fulfillment of the specific objectives raised as: Make an analysis of the institutional philosophy; Conduct an internal - external diagnosis to determine the strengths, opportunities weaknesses, threats, then determine strategies, strategic objectives to increase the development of the cooperative, "and finally develop action plans based on the results obtained; For the directors of the institution. To this end, it began with the analysis of the institutional philosophy as it is the mission, vision, and values of the institution; Based on the components of Fred David; An external analysis was carried out to determine the factors that influence the development of the institution, such as: economic, political, social, technological, competitive factors, to determine opportunities and threats; Which helped to determine the External Factors Evaluation (MEFE) matrix; The evaluation of external factors resulted in a score of 3.05 higher than the average 2.5 demonstrating that the entity knows how to seize its opportunities and minimize its threats. An internal analysis was then carried out, in which the study of the managerial, administrative and partner areas was determined through surveys, interviews, and observation. Data were obtained for the internal factor evaluation matrix ( MEFI) resulting in a score of 2.44 lower than the average of 2.5, showing that the Savings and Credit Cooperative does not know how to take advantage of its strengths and minimize its weaknesses. Later, the matrix of strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, threats (SWOT) was elaborated with which strategies were established. The Strategic Position and Action Assessment Matrix (PEYEA) was then elaborated, the matrix of which helped determine the institution's position, resulting in (AGGRESSIVE) strategies in the quadrant (I). The Competitive Advantage Matrix (MPC) was also developed by determining the key factors of the financial institutions "April 27," "Crediamigo" and Cristo Rey. In addition, the Quantitative Matrix of Strategic Planning (MCPE) Which are to be used according to their score and hierarchy, the analysis of pearl indicators was also developed to know the financial situation Subsequently, a plan of action was elaborated in which the improvements will be established, the cost of the implementation, which will help it to develop competitively, financially, administratively and financially the Cooperative of Savings and Credit "27 de Abril". Defining that the greatest weakness that the financial institution presents is the high default rate; And also the lack of resources and the low number of partners; It is also recommended to use strategic planning to accurately determine the internal and external factors that influence the development of the Credit Union. |
