Reforma al código orgánico integral penal, para sancionar como delito la responsabilidad de padres, tutores y familiares al no denunciar los delitos sexuales cometidos en contra de niños, niñas y adolescentes

This research work arises from a social necessity but mainly from a legal requirement since the absence of a standard to protect the children and adolescent victims of sexual offenses violate their rights, without which no one do anything in this regard, it is more they are not given the credibility of the case, and the importance they deserve this type of crime. We have to observe that there is a full knowledge of parents, guardians and family members in particular of the mothers who fear, convenience, or indifference know directly or indirectly from the tortious of Sexual Offenses to this vulnerable group, but his silence is more powerful than the law, since this fact aberrant callan, without exposing to the authorities the aggressor, and preventing the appropriate penalty by the infamy committed, in this case to be generated most of the crime of action by omission, they become accomplices and accessories, which allow not only a time commit these crimes, but constantly damage the physical part of our spiritual and small, why I think that should create a specific criminal responsibility, by not denouncing this type of crime. It is currently very frequent know through the media, the violation of the sexual freedom of children and adolescents; therefore has much relevance in the present research proposal and the consequent. Because it will have an impact on the good life of minors in our country.
