सारांश:Currently in enterprises, the implementation of a strategic plan has become very important because of the great need to improve the performance of the activities managers who venture to succeed. On the other hand the uncertainty generated by the rapid changes in the economic, social, political and technological field; they make managers effective tools rest on the strategic plan. For such circumstances this thesis general objective ". That allows to improve management and enhance its growth during the five year period 2017-2021”,”Develop a strategic plan for the company" Baby shop , in such a way that enables the increasing its share in the local market . For the development of this work has raised the specific objectives as:" Conduct a market for the company Baby Shop where to analyze and understand customers, do a situational analysis where the environment is analyzed and the context of the company and present a proposal for a strategic plan for the company based on corporate objectives and strategies." To achieve the objectives different methods, techniques and tools for collecting information which was served for the elaboration of the thesis was used. Among the methods applied we are: the deductive and inductive method; who guided us to follow a logical process in our study. As well as different techniques were also used to collect information, such as direct observation, interview with the manager of the company and competition and surveys of 7 employees and a sample of 397 customers; who with their answers they allowed us to detect internal and external problems facing the company In the results the situational analysis of the company external aspects of the environment and internal aspects, in order to establish the current status of how the company is held. To further develop the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the design of the SWOT matrix, the same as agreed determine the results of the strategic objectives with their respective budgets and responsible. Among the strategic objectives proposed we are: "To establish the business philosophy that includes the mission, vision, principles, values and organizational charts; and so engage them to perform an adequate job "; "Establish a training plan for employees of the company" Babyshop "in order to improve customer service"; "To motivate and encourage employees, and thus its performance is efficient and effective in their daily work" Make promotional programs that allow to know the products offered by the company "; "Perform a database where you have specified the types of customers." And "Make a plan payment facility to customers taking advantage of the trust they have for wholesale suppliers and variety of products in stock." The total budget for the implementation of these objectives amounts to $ 6,141.00, value that will be financed entirely by the company. Finally concerning the conclusions and recommendations are the result of our study, which will serve as a great contribution to the company to implement is presented.
