Sažetak:Financial education taught from an early age allows young people into their adulthood to maintain a savings culture, better investment decisions, proper use of credit, lower levels of indebtedness, and, therefore, more excellent economic stability. The objective of this degree work is to evaluate the relationship between financial education and gender in educational institutions of the public system in the city of Loja. This study was of an exploratory type, so a survey based on the PISA test was applied to 408 students from the institutions to measure their level of knowledge and the relationship between financial education and gender. The researcher used IBM SSPS Statistics 25 and Microsoft Excel programs for data processing. According to the results, the students are at level 3 with 57.68%, which means they can understand the most relevant financial concepts and develop operations and basic financial plans. Similarly, I can conclude that there is no relationship between the variables of financial education and gender. So, as a result, innovative strategies were designed without distinction, which is following technological advances. The social network used were: webs such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok with the name World Financial Centennials, in which innovative material is taught according to the deficiencies found in the students. This process managed to change the mentality of young people and the general population, improving their knowledge level and ability to carry out complex financial operations.
