To comply with the aforementioned general objective approach to specific objectives such as was necessary: To develop a market study for the creation of the Company in order to meet the demand, supply and service scope put on the market; Conduct a technical study to determine the size, location, adequate infrastructure and capacity of the company, Designing an administrative, organizational and legal plan setting out the legal, legal constitutions and establish areas necessary for the proper functioning of the company and finally a study of economic evaluation - to meet financial viability and profitability of the project. For information and support the thesis, some methods and research techniques used; among which is inductive method, deductive, analytical, synthetic and Statistical; besides using techniques such as observation, survey, interview and literature collection. 7 As regards the market study the reader can see that was part of the segmentation of public and private companies of all five parishes that make up the Canton; Information was provided by the planning office of the Autonomous Government of Calvas Canton, where 403 companies divided into three segments referred to: commercial establishments in General, Financial Institutions and Bodies of the official sector with this information we proceeded to determine the sample object of study which was 197 companies; with all these we proceeded to conduct surveys to determine potential demand real and effective; projecting to five years of life; Also an interview was conducted managers of the two security companies providing services in the canton which correspond to security companies and Cevisa Segurpi; with all this information we proceeded to the calculation of the offer, obtaining a supply of 93 companies and 187 companies unmet demand; it should be noted that the offer is indirect because there is no direct competition in Canton that is there is no security company.
