Samenvatting:The present thesis work was developed with the purpose of revealing how the Organizational Climate affects the Work Performance of the Municipal GAD employees of the Balsas canton, in the province of El Oro. To demonstrate the above, an analysis of each individual variable was carried out to then associate them and determine to what extent they affect each other. A descriptive and non-experimental research was carried out at the institution. The study population was 50 servers, which were distributed in departments. To obtain results, research techniques such as the survey and the interview were applied. Once the data have been obtained, it is possible to know by means of Pearson's correlation coefficient a result of 0.465581754, which shows that there is a direct relationship between the two variables studied, influencing the Organizational Climate in the Work Performance of each of the institution's employees. On the other hand, the research concluded that the main factors that the institution's employees take into account are interpersonal relationships, rewards and motivation.
