總結:This research is entitled: "PROPOSAL FOR A MANUAL FUNCTIONS AND RULES OF ADMISSION POST EMPLOYMENT AND EVALUATION BY dots, credit union CHAMBER OF COMMERCE Loja, CADECOL" the general objective framework take the pattern for the embodiment of the present thesis was the following: Perform a proposed Manual Functions, Rules of Admission and Employment and Valuation Points for posts by the credit union of the Chamber of Commerce Loja, CADECOL. During the drafting process of this investigation, it was necessary to resort to the use of these materials and office supplies: Desktop computer, laser printer, reams of bond paper, scientific calculator, etc. The methodology used throughout the research process, was coated using the following methods: deductive method, inductive method, analytical method and the statistical method; identically, it was necessary to resort to the application of the following information collection techniques: observation, interview, which was conducted by Manager of the credit union Loja Chamber of Commerce; and the Survey, the same that applied to all 24 employees of the CADECOL. The whole process of writing this thesis, was adhered to the fulfillment of the following administrative proceedings; in the first instance an audit of work was done to all staff working in the Cooperative, this in order to define and identify the functions that come to play within that organization; it should be noted that the information gathered through the audit work was the basis for the development of the manual functions, welcome within its organizational structure to all 15 counts of the CADECOL, including within the same class specification post of Head of Human Resources, integrated as part of the proposal for this thesis. In the continued development of research, we proceeded to perform the evaluation of the different positions of the cooperative, for which the method was used by points, in which process, the following factors were valued: knowledge, responsibility and effort. In the second half of the research, presentation and Employment Manual Admission is carried out; which it contains a model of Recruitment, Selection, Recruitment, induction and training for staff CADECOL; The manual was designed from the administrative point of view, and it performed under the technical and legal rules and procedures governed by the Ministry of Labour Relations of the country. The main conclusions that were reached through the development of this thesis were as follows: 1. The credit union of the Chamber of Commerce of Loja is a financial institution that enjoys widespread public support and solvency. 2. While CADECOL has 15 offices spread across 24 positions, there is a lack of a post of Head of Human Resources, who directs and technical viable and effectively the administrative work of the whole entity. 3. The credit union of the Chamber of Commerce of Loja, does not have a manual functions, which specify and delimit the functions of each of their jobs
