Shrnutí:This research aims to develop a "PROJECT FEASIBILITY FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A COMPANY OF DESIGN, MANUFACTURE AND MARKETING OF SPORT customized T HUAQUILLAS CANTON PROVINCE GOLD" Determine the conditions of supply and demand in the market Huaquillas Canton. Set the size , location and engineering project, determine the amount of investments, sources of financing , production costs and revenue generated by the project and thus further measure the profitability of the project , through indicators Net Present Value, Internal Rate Return , Capital Recovery Period , Benefit Cost ratio , Sensitivity Analysis . All the above objectives contribute to establish the feasibility of the project. The methodology used in the development of the thesis project was deductive, inductive, descriptive and technical information in literature method, direct observation, survey and interview. Then accurately punctuate the relevant studies; A market study was conducted to measure the acceptability of the product to potential customers for this study was necessary to segment the target market as the economically active population of the canton Huaquillas 25.089 later surveys were applied to a sample of 398 people and 2 interviews with the bidders. The financial evaluation of the project has the following results: The Net Present Value of the project is $ 110.753, internal rate of return of ,%, Benefit Cost Ratio $ 1.50 Capital Recovery Period will be invested five years , for this project, the sensitivity analysis determines that the project would support an increase in the cost of 32,91% and a decrease in revenues from 24,92% the same as demonstrating the feasibility of the project and implementation of the company, finally we proceeded to the conclusions and recommendations.
